The only exceptions are when there is no other local certified organic option available, we source from small-scale farmers/tribes only after ensuring that they produce 100% organically. All of our products are 100% organic with or without certification.100% Fresh: We grow organically all year long. Our in-house chefs prepare made-from-scratch artisanal baked goods, batters & kitchen products daily using only the highest quality ingredients. 100% Fairtrade: We ensure the livelihood of smallholder farmers, tribes & women's groups by Fairtrade and stand for their empowerment even as we extra mile in costing to ensure you get a great deal too.
